Breakfast
Have Dim Sum at One Dim Sum(一點心)
Hidden in a corner of the busy streets of Mong Kok lies a restaurant that was awarded one Michelin Star in 2012. The food is unpretentious and I must say, really affordable! We headed there at about 10.30am and there was already a queue, but it was well worth the wait! A tip: avoid peak periods such as lunch time (12pm-2pm) and dinner time(6pm-8pm) and head over at the non-peak period such as 4pm- 5pm and you will most probably get a seat almost immediately!
Must Try: Char Siew Pau (BBQ Pork Buns), Steamed Sui Mai (Steamed Pork Dumplings), Steam Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gow) and Steam Shrimp Dumplings W/ Vegetable Seedling. Steam Cake in Mala Style

Lunch
Roast Goose at Yue Kee Roast Goose Restaurant
I cant recall how many times I have made trips to Hong Kong and Yu Kee Roast Goose has always been a ‘must go’ resturant in my list. The food standard I must say, has always remain top notched and the price, extremely affordable considering having a Michelin Award(2014) tagged onto them! However, be prepared that they do not take reservations so you got to be prepared to queue but let me assure you it is well worth the wait!

Dinner
Clayppot Rice at Four Seasons Hot Pot (四季煲仔飯)
Claypot rice is essentially Chinese-style rice cooked and served in a clay pot topped with a variety of ingredients such as chicken, pork, beef, Chinese sausage, vegetables and more. The pots are slow-cooked over charcoal stoves until the rice is piping hot and the flavour of the ingredients are infused perfectly into the rice. I never fail to come back to this place for my claypot rice cravings.
